NYU Law + Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence Cyber Scholar Program

Program schedule: Weekly Fridays (10:00 AM – 2:30 PM ET)

Cohort size: Limited to 24 students

Description: New disclosure guidelines require public company board members to enhance their cybersecurity acumen to effectively conduct oversight. The Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence and the NYU School of Law are partnering to offer a certificate program exclusively designed for board members to help elevate cyber literacy.

Upon successful completion of this course, board members will receive a NYU Law-Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence Cyber Scholar Certificate, demonstrating their commitment to ongoing education. Program graduates will be made members of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence and have access to further learning opportunities for ongoing professional development.
